Data Retention

Transaction records and audit logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years per Texas real estate compliance requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI features), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), BoxBrownie (photo enhancement), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies on waymarkre.com:

• Essential cookies required for the site to work — sign-in session, theme preference, “remember me” on login, and your current listing selection. These cannot be disabled.
• Marketing cookies from the Meta Pixel, used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook ads and serve relevant ads to people who have visited the site. These only load if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• First-party performance analytics from Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which use no third-party cookies and collect aggregate, anonymous traffic and performance data.

You can accept or reject the optional marketing cookies the first time you visit, and change your choice any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI assistant Aria generates content including listing descriptions, offer summaries, and disclosure guidance. All AI-generated content that involves licensed activity is reviewed by a licensed broker before it reaches you. AI outputs are logged for compliance purposes.
